City-owned water company PT PAM Jaya President Director, Erlan Hidayat stated, in 2018, his company will restructure contracts with private partners. It is important to improve service and reach out to all.

"We still have contract ties with private partners, the contract will still last until 2023, but the old model system must be changed to improve customer service," he expressed, Tuesday (4/3).

He explained, one such example of public management that has been in the partner must be returned to PAM Jaya.

"Another example, all this time all water customers, its administration is managed by partners. But, in the future, it must be under the administration PAM Jaya," he explained.

He added, with the restructuring of the contract, the increase of water tariff could be minimized.
